q.beyond ibérica is preparing to attend the next All Hands event held by WATA Factory – our technology partner – on March 7 and 8. Once again, the q.beyond ibérica team will have the pleasure to attend and participate in these training days that offer a unique opportunity for learning and collaboration.

This All Hands presents an innovative format: each department will offer a specialized workshop in its area of expertise. The highlight is that WATA Factory and q.beyond ibérica’s own employees will lead these sessions, providing a unique and direct perspective. Of course, q.beyond ibérica will also actively contribute with its own training workshops.

A very interesting new feature of this first All Hands of 2024 is the possibility for our q.beyond colleagues in Germany – our parent company – to join the event remotely via a link. This not only extends the reach of the event, but also further fosters collaboration between our different locations.

This time, we have a first Cloud team working from Spain that will also take center stage in this All Hands. q.beyond ibérica will participate in this All Hands with 4 workshops related to our areas of expertise: one on Cloud and three on SAP. The whole team is very motivated to share their experience and contribute to the professional growth of all attendees.

In addition to training, the event will also offer opportunities to enjoy local cuisine, participate in traditional breakfasts and strengthen fellowship and professional connections.
