At q.beyond ibérica, we are already feeling the excitement as the upcoming All Hands event at WATA Factory, our technology partner, draws near. This event, taking place on September 26 and 27, will be a great opportunity to learn from the experiences of fellow employees and colleagues.
We’ll begin the first day with a Moroccan breakfast, perfect for recharging and breaking the ice. Carmelo B. will kick off the day by sharing his insights on how customer service is managed at KAUFFELD & LORENZO, where he will discuss key strategies for maintaining strong relationships with our partners. He will then deliver a second talk, offering an overview of our office infrastructure, addressing the challenges we face in keeping it fully operational.
After this engaging morning, we’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, which will give us the energy to continue with the rest of the sessions. In the afternoon, we will break out into departmental meetings to reflect on the challenges ahead, evaluate recent achievements, and plan the next steps.
The second day will begin with a traditional Andalusian breakfast. This will be followed by a talk from Eliezer L., our Head of Operations and Strategy, and the recent author of Curso de programación con Rust. He will introduce us to the world of Rust in his talk, “Rust for Everyone.” Next, Juan Miguel G. will take the stage with a comparative talk between Angular and Vue, helping us understand the strengths and weaknesses of each framework and guiding us in choosing the best option for future developments.
To wrap up the event, we’ll enjoy a traditional German lunch—a perfect moment to exchange impressions after two days of learning and to enjoy the company of colleagues before we say our goodbyes.
We look forward to seeing you at WATA Factory’s offices!
