q.beyond ibérica had the pleasure of attending the All Hands event organised by our technology partner, WATA Factory, at its offices in Jerez de la Frontera on 26 and 27 September. As always, these days were an excellent opportunity to meet in person, exchange ideas and address key issues, both in terms of internal organisation and in relation to the latest technological innovations.

The first day began with a very special touch: a delicious Moroccan breakfast by our colleagues from q.beyond ibérica, Sara B. and Samah M. The display of breads, pancakes, honey, butter and exquisite orange and quince jams was not only a feast for the palate, but also a way of transporting us to Moroccan culture.

After breakfast, it was time to welcome the new members of q.beyond ibérica. Several colleagues have recently joined the staff and had the opportunity to break the ice with the rest of the team, sharing a bit about who they are and some interesting details of their history. It was a simple and close way to start integrating.

Afterwards, Germán T., CEO of WATA Factory, officially kicked off the event with his opening speech, highlighting the excellent work of several teams in recent months. During his speech, he gave way to Artur H., our CEO, who took the stage to thank everyone for their efforts and took the opportunity to talk about the recent opening of the q.beyond ibérica centre in Seville.

The q.beyond ibérica team travelled to the Think Tank, where we held our first meeting of the day. This session was particularly productive, not only because of the content discussed, but also because of the way it was conducted. We were able to combine the physical presence of many colleagues with the participation of others who joined online, which allowed us to adapt to a very interesting hybrid.

After a good lunch in a nearby restaurant, we got down to work with the departmental meetings. During this session, from q.beyond ibérica, we discussed key points about our future projection, areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

The day ended with a snack in the office, where we took the opportunity to chat, share laughs and remember anecdotes from previous All Hands. It was the ideal moment to disconnect and dedicate ourselves to strengthening the bonds between colleagues in a more relaxed atmosphere.

The second day began with a delicious Andalusian breakfast, which featured toast with Serrano ham, extra virgin olive oil and fresh tomato, accompanied by coffee and fresh orange juice. This simple yet delicious breakfast is always the best way to start the day with energy and good vibes.

While some colleagues shared their talks, the q.beyond ibérica team got down to work on their projects. But the best of all was being able to take advantage of everyone’s presence to meet in person, which is ideal for team building and connecting in a closer way.

The event concluded with a German lunch that surprised us with a rich variety of typical German dishes. We enjoyed Pizzafleischkäse, Hawai-Toast, Ei-Brötchen, Schichtsalat and Kartoffelsalat, all lovingly prepared by German colleagues. Enjoying the German gastronomy together was the perfect way to close the All Hands.

Finally, we said goodbye with the feeling of having made the most of these days, full of motivation and with new ideas to continue growing. We are already looking forward to the next All Hands!
