YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Basic Troubleshooting: You’ll assist users in diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software problems, such as password resets, email configuration, printer issues, and software installations.
 - User Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from end-users who require assistance. You may need to follow predefined scripts or knowledge base articles.
 - Documentation: Keep detailed records of user issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
 - Escalation: When you can’t resolve an issue at the Level 1 support stage, you’ll escalate it to Level 2 or Level 3 support specialists.
 - Software Support: Offer guidance on how to use standard software applications, troubleshoot application issues, and assist with software updates.
 
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Native/fluent in French
 - High level of English – another European language would be a plus
 - Strong communication and customer service skills.
 - Training or experience in Tech incidences is a plus.
