YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You advise and support our customers in the SuccessFactors area, driving the HXM (Human Experience Management) transformation forward.
- You actively participate in projects from kick-off through implementation to project completion.
- You engage in the configuration and customization of various SuccessFactors modules.
- You take on the preparation and execution of presentations and workshops.
- You create functional concepts and documentation.
- With relevant experience, you can assume responsibility as a sub-project manager and/or project manager.
